60mm Rod Mount supports two 15mm rods for your industry standard lens supports and rod mounted matte boxes.

Most of the time, this Rod Mount will live at the bottom of your rig attached to Gimbal Mate. But it can also be used on any front or rear surface of KEYSTONE.

60mm v 80mm Spacing

The 60mm standard that's been around for decades does provide correct lens height — the downside, the rod clamps and FIZ motors can clash with the gimbal cage. Preventing you from sliding the camera package further back and perfecting the balance point!

This is what drove us to design our 80mm Rod Mount and 80mm Lens Support. These help create a 'flat' camera package ideal for all gimbals 🔥

60mm Rod Mount mounts to:

M3 x 8mm socket head cap screws fix 60mm Rod Mount to the rig as well as clamp your preferred rods in place. We include these screws in the bag plus spares!

60mm Rod Mount paired with Gimbal Mate achieves correct lens height with ALEXA Mini, Mini LF and all models of KEYSTONE.

If you're running a Canon C70, C200, C300 Mark III or C500 Mark II, you'll also require this adapter to achieve correct lens height.
