TARIFFS, TAXES & DUTIES
Australia GST
Due to the multi-currency back end limitations of our Shopify store, those in Australia will see AUD prices excluding GST. Once you reach checkout, the 10% GST will be added.

🇺🇸 US Tariffs 🇺🇸
As per an Executive Order by President Trump on July 31st 2025, import tariff rules for the USA have changed, again.
The De Minimus rule, which previously allowed shipments with a declared value <$800 USD, to enter the USA from most countries, with no tariffs or admin fees, ended on August 29th 2025.
All packages entering the USA will be cleared and tariffs charged, regardless of the country they ship from.

How will it work?
You order from the Ignite Digi store.
We ship your order with DHL Express on the same or next day.
24-48 hours after the order has shipped, DHL Express will contact you via email and/or SMS with an invoice for the tariffs to be paid.
Expect delivery to your door soon after.
If you do not pay the tariffs the goods will be held at customs until payment is made.
After a certain period of time, the package will be returned to us with a storage fee and shipment cost.
Once the package arrives back to us, we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any storage fee charged by DHL Express for the time in customs.

EU VAT & Duties
All prices on the store in € are ex VAT and duties.
Please enter your VAT ID in the Order Notes at checkout!
We ship Delivered At Place (DAP) which means any relevant VAT and Duties will be collected by DHL Express, once the shipment has left Australia and is on route to you.
Keep an eye out for the email from DHL Express. We will declare the full value (in the currency you paid) for customs. We cannot declare low value sorry, otherwise we can be charged and blocked from shipping to the EU.

Please enter your UK VAT registration number in the Order Notes at checkout!
We ship Delivered At Place (DAP) which means any relevant VAT and Duties will be collected by DHL Express, once the shipment has left Australia and is on route to you.
Keep an eye out for the email from DHL Express. We will declare the full value (in the currency you paid) for customs. We cannot declare low value sorry, otherwise we can be charged and blocked from shipping to the UK.
DELIVERED DUTY PAID (DDP)
As of 9th December 2024, we no longer offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipments.

Since 2020, DHL Express have been WAY overestimating their delivery date so that they look awesome when they deliver "early"... we've based the below numbers on the thousands of real shipments we've made to you.
We can ship using your DHL account if you prefer, but no FEDEX accounts sorry. We've experienced poor service, large delays and inflated prices from FEDEX in Tasmania.
