Camera Top Plate F is designed for the Canon MS-500, the world’s first ultra-high-sensitivity interchangeable lens SPAD sensor camera.

The MS-500 was designed primarily for use in surveillance and scientific applications, but we expect customers to use this camera on wildlife shoots and other specialist projects.

Top Plate F provides a rock solid foundation for mounting film industry accessories like dovetail plates, NATO rails, top handles, rod mounts and transmitters.

The four central ⅜"-16 Pin-Locks are spaced 1-inch / 25.4mm apart. This allows you to use D-style top handles such as the ARRI CCH-4 and Bright Tangerine D-Style Top Handle.

Camera Top Plate F mounts to the camera body with M3 x 12mm socket head cap screws. You'll find eight screws in the box — four to use and four spare.

CNC machined from high-grade 6061-T651 aluminium billet and hard anodised for life on set.

Designed and manufactured in Tasmania, Australia.
