BATTERY LEVEL
Use the TB50 LED indicator lights to judge battery level. We recommend changing the battery with one light illuminated (25%) or at the latest, one light flashing.
Hammerhead is hot-swappable! 🔥 Ensuring maximum power availability and eliminating downtime.
HOT TIP
When you need to change two exhausted batteries, give the system time to ensure power isn't lost.
Swap out the first TB50, wait 5 seconds, then swap the second.
This gives the battery a moment to wake up, check for errors and deliver power.
Hammerhead offers USB-C and USB-A to keep your devices healthy. Anytime, anywhere!
Particularly handy for file transfers and editing in the field, charging a GoPro, Tentacle Sync, phone or tablet.
For example, you could charge a 16" MacBook Pro twice with two TB50's!
TB50 Hammerhead ships with a LW15mm rod mount with 60mm spacing.
Slide onto carbon, steel or titanium rods with our Quick Release Bridge Plate.
The ratchet lever makes for easy position adjustments!
Underneath, the four M3 x 12mm socket head cap screws can be loosened to reposition the Hammerhead 90 degrees if required.
For those running 15mm or 19mm Studio Bridge Plates, we have a solution!
Source power from the 3-Pin Lemo on Hammerhead with these premium braided cables:
3-Pin Lemo to ALEXA Mini + Mini LF + 35
3-Pin Lemo to ALEXA Classic + 65 + Film Cameras
3-Pin Lemo to V-RAPTOR-XL + RANGER
The cable we recommend for sending regulated 15V from the Hammerhead to our Power Breakout is:
2-Pin Lemo Right Angle to 2-Pin Lemo Straight
We believe the 14-inch variant is best to keep your build clean and efficient.
Use these cables to power your FIZ system, monitor, recorder and EVF.
